Christ – The True Reflection of God

Christ – The True Reflection of God
Text: John 5:39, Hebrews 1:1–3

“You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me” (John 5:39).
The Bible is not primarily about rules, protection, or even prosperity; it is about Christ. Once a person encounters Him, everything else flows from there.

As Charles Spurgeon said, “From any text of Scripture, there is a road that leads to Christ.”

If we want to know God clearly His heart, His character, His response to us we look at Jesus.

1. Christ Reveals God Without Confusion

  • Many people have distorted views of God, shaped by culture, tradition, or partial readings of Scripture.
  • In Christ, God removes all doubt.
  • Hebrews 1:3 (NIV):“The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being.”
    • Whatever we see in Christ is God.
    • Whatever is absent in Christ is not God.
