How to Maximise your Supernatural Access and Assets

The supernatural for the believer has to become natural to you. The divine ability of God working in the affairs of men must become real in your everyday life. We cannot say we are believers and continue to live as mere men. If you do not believe in the supernatural, then you do not truly believe in God, because God Himself is supernatural.

Philippians 3:3

Paul reminds us that the hallmark of the believer is that we rely completely on what Christ has done for us. We put no confidence in human effort. This does not mean we do not work hard or apply ourselves diligently, but our confidence is never in our effort. Our confidence is in God and in His grace.

Effort is natural; grace is supernatural.

The believer recognises the hand and power of God that can overshadow the natural realm and produce supernatural results. If we live by the exact same principles as unbelievers, then there is no visible difference between us and the world. The advantage of the believer is access to the supernatural.

Salvation introduced us into this supernatural life. Through Christ, we now have access to God. Supernatural access is the God-given right to approach the throne of grace without guilt, fear, or condemnation.

John 14:6

Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

Through Jesus Christ, we have been brought near to God. What was once impossible has now become our reality through salvation.

Ephesians 2:11–13

Before Christ, we were far away from God and without hope. But through the blood of Jesus, we have now been brought near. The believer has access into God’s presence and into His promises.

Romans 5:1–2

We are made right in God’s sight through faith and not through our works. Because of what Christ has done, we now stand in a place of undeserved privilege. This is the believer’s position — standing in grace.

The believer must become conscious of this access. We are not trying to earn acceptance before God. Christ has already brought us into that place by faith.

Hebrews 10:19

Because of the blood of Jesus, we have boldness to enter the Most Holy Place.

This truth should affect the way we pray and the way we live. We do not approach God timidly or fearfully. We come boldly because Christ has given us access.

Ephesians 2:6

We are seated together with Christ in heavenly places. We do not merely come and go from God’s presence; spiritually, we are there perpetually. The believer lives from a position of authority and victory.

We are seated in the place of power, influence, and dominion. From that position, we pray, decree, and enforce the will of God upon the earth.

Divine Provision

Romans 8:32

“If He did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?”

Being a believer is not merely by confession alone but by access to the realities of God. Everything we need has been made available in Christ.

2 Peter 1:3

God’s divine power has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness.

The believer must understand spiritual assets. Spiritual assets mean having access to the resources, help, provision, wisdom, and power of heaven. As children of God, we have access to the assets of heaven itself.

1 Corinthians 3:21–23

Everything belongs to the believer because we belong to Christ. The world, life, the present, and the future all belong to us through Him.

Ephesians 1:3

We have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

The believer must learn to maximise these spiritual advantages. We must acknowledge them, believe them, confess them, and live with the consciousness of them daily.

Living with a Supernatural Mindset

You must believe that you are supernaturally provided for. While we are diligent and responsible, our trust remains in God and not in human systems alone.

God is able to make all grace abound towards you, so that you always have all sufficiency in all things and abound unto every good work. The believer should live with the confidence that where there is a need, God’s grace will provide.

The Christian life is not meant to be lived merely by struggle, fear, or natural calculations. We are called to live with the awareness that heaven backs us up continually.
